Hello guys! How are you? A very good topic for discussion! In General, in accordance with applicable state laws, a married couple has the right to adopt children if they meet certain criteria. A gay couple need to consult a lawyer, for that would sure beat the possibility of adoption! I wish you all good luck and patience!

i think that on the one hand it is a very good idea and you would have really less problems and of course it is easier to get the child with the help of other person and i think that you understand what i am talking about , and i think that you also think so, well in general i can tell you that you hall not really worry too much about it, i think that you would be able to get the child through the private adoption but of course i think that you understand that in any case there are some drawbacks of everything and i think that you know that it is really bit expensive but it is not the question of money.

i can not tell you for sure about it, but i think that it is better, but i think that you shall talk with the people who have gone through it and that is why i think that you would have really very good experience about it, but of course it is your choice. i think that you may consult about ti with the agency and i think that they will tell you all the benefits of it, of course maybe they will tell you that it is better because it costs more and in such a case they would be able to earn more but i think that you are able to make your conclusions as well. wish you good luck and i hope that you will make right decision.

Hey everybody and everyone here friends!!I am happy to greet all of you))What plans do you have for tomorrow??To tell the truth I don`t know anything about private adoption but it was interesting for me to find out that private adoption, where a lawyer acts as the go-between with the birth parents and the adoptive parents, is one way to make your way through the often confusing adoption legal framework. The first step parents should do is to explore their eligibility to adopt a child. There is not constitutional right to adopt a child. Thank you William for the sharing!!

Hi everybody and everyone here friends  I am happy to greet all of you here today who clicked this post for discussion!! I didn't use the private adoption in my time because I found it too expensive for me. But I am sure that it is not such a difficult as other types.By the way ,it is true that there is not constitutional right to adopt a child. As a result, all adoption rights, procedures, and requirements are governed by state statutes with some guidance from the federal government..So here you are right William

i do not know enough about adoption because i am not thinking about trying but of course for those who are trying it , it is very important and that is why they shall know everything about adoption and all the pitfalls of it. i think that you understand that there are a lot of different options and i think that you are familiar with them if you are thinking about it but if we are talking about private adoption then in my opinion it i much better than public, although i do not understand the difference so much clear but still i think that it is obvious. that is my opinion about it.

You know guys, it is familiar to me that private adoption, where a lawyer acts as the go between with the birth parents and the adoptive parents, is one way to make your way through the often confusing adoption legal framework. There is not constitutional right to adopt a child. Personally I have never had experience in the adoption procedure and I just know a little bit of it. But ultimately you should remember that it would be really better to try private adoption. But in any case it is just your personal decision what kind to choose

I think that adoption is a way to happy life for child and for a couple as well. I am not really good at law, so it plays any role for me under federal or state law the process goes. All I worry about that everything is legal and I can be sure that I have all necessary document to prove my parenting rights.I don’t know what should happen on the earth to make me believe in adoption for gay couples again. It was so stressful and I was so exhausted to go through adoption process with the 'help’ of the most awful adoption agency on the whole galaxy. Maybe I will forget all this crap when I will finally find a good surrogacy agency and will become a father.
