All greetings. As your mood, I hope excellent as I have. Oh, thank you for such useful information, I do not need it right now, we already have a child, but to one of my friends this information will be just in time, he is looking for any information regarding adoption. I remember how he complained to me that they were already worn out with this question. They have already lowered their hands. It is a pity that adoption is such a laborious process, requiring a huge number of documents, time and effort. I hope you will succeed with adoption.

Thank you for your advise. It is very nice from you to try to help those people who do not still have children. If to be honest, than I may tell you that I don't really need this information, because I and my partner we already have a child, a surrogate mother have helped us. But I know people who will be very happy to read the information you'd shared.

It's a pleasure to meet you. As for me, I don't need to adopt a child right now, because I've already have a child and at this moment I am not going to have one more, but my friends would like to adopt a child and they can't find appropriate information about the adoption, so that's why I think that they would be very interrested in your information.

I suppose each gay couple should read these law issues.. It is important. For example Switzerland is one of those countries where it is possible to do it. It is known for me that in 2011/2012, Parliament debated whether to extend step-child adoption or full joint adoption, ultimately opting for step-child adoption. In November 2014, the government approved allowing step-child adoption as part of a broader adoption reform. I hope that in many others countries it would be accepted to take part in adoption procedure

The procedure of the adoption of the child begins with the examination of the husband for compliance with the rules and restrictions established for the adopter. Preliminary, this test can be done independently. Then you need to get permission for adoption - it's better to arrange it with a notary, but you can also in court. The legal perspective of the procedure for the adoption of the child by the stepfather in many respects depends on the position of the biological father and the deprivation of his parental rights. The main purpose of adoption is to create optimal conditions for education, as well as physical, mental, spiritual and social development of children. Therefore, the legislation sets forth a number of requirements for the person of the candidate for adoptive parents.

Oh thank you, everything is okey!! How's your life? Is everything okey? I would like to mention that adoption became much more popular many years ago, much earlier than surrogacy motherhood for example. For example I know that San Marino in March of 2016, the United Left announced a proposal for a gender-neutral partnership bill with adoption rights. The junior coalition partner, the Party of Socialists and Democrats, expressed their openness to same-sex parenting and may submit their own bill with step-child adoption rights. And I don't even talk about others.
