Hello everybody here friends. 8-) I am in a good mood today ))and what about you?? Damien said right things because I am not a specialist here. But I think that you should hear his information if you want to adopt children. I mean that the laws can be mingled in a very bizarre way and there are not many lawyers who can help you with that. It is also the question of the citizenship. Because there may be situations when one cannot have the double citizenship in the country .Then you will have change the citizenship of the child some way.. It is better for you to try again in your own country or to use one of the international adoption programs. I think that everything is clear Herr

i do not think that adoption in the foreing country is bad but of course there may be a row of some problems. you may have a problem of crossing the border and i think that you know it, it is not something special or something new for you but you know you shall understand that you have to use the help of the agency and it would be really easier for you and you would see that. i think that they will help you with everything and they would not let you have any serious problems with crossing the border, or if you have they would solve that. that is what i think about it, thank you for your attention.

i know that it is not easy but i did not experience anything like that.people are all the time talking about that problem and i think that it can be really very serious if you do not know enough about it and if you do not start thinking about it before, of course it can be such a problem but if you start thinking about that kind of a problem before then i think that everything would be good for you and you shall know it and understand it and that is why if you are thinking about it then try your best to avoid them, gather all needed documents. i think that you can solve the problem.

it can be hard you know it. i do not think that you shall have any problems with that because you know if you are working together with the agency then international adoption is not a problem for you and you know i and you can think about it but of course there may be some small problems or issues and i think that you understand what i am talking about and you can think about it as well, that is why if you want your life to be better and everything will be good then i think that you shall not worry about anything and just work with good people. i think that everything would be perfect.

To tell you the truth, I don't know the correct answer to your question, but I can advise you one site where you can find answer for yourquestion: http://panaxcenter.com/adoption-for-gay-ips/. But if you want to get to know everything more detailed, than I think that it is very important for you to apply for a lawyer with this question.

If to be honest, I know nothing about the adoption and especially adoption in the other country. But I know a couple, who adopted a child from the other country. To tell you the truth, it was a long process of getting their child. But they did everything and now they have a wonderful boy. They started their adoption from this web-site http://panaxcenter.com/adoption-for-gay-ips/

If to be honest, I can't advice you the agency, because I have never adopted a child, but I can tell you that it is possible to adopt a child from the other country, but I think that it would be harder to adopt a child abroad. But you can always find a surrogacy center and have your own child. I think that it is better. You can read all the necessary informayion here: http://panaxcenter.com/

It all depends on what country you are speaking about. If you are speaking about Europe - it is pretty much complicated here for the gay couples. there are 2 kinds of adoption. the joint adoption and the step parent adoption. the joint adoption means the unconditional adoption, so to say. Any couple can adopt any kid, if the adoption commission will find them to be valid for that. Step parent adoption means that the couple can adopt the kid only if one person in this couple is the parent of the kid. Now the joint adoption is still illegal in Italy, Germany. In other countries, as I know, it is allowed, both types of the adoption by LGBT couples.
