that might have been a mistake. there was lot of info about different kinds of surrogacy here on the forum. I doubt there are people here who do not know the difference. Anyway, I read an article about the laws in Europe that control the surrogacy, and I came to a disappointing conclusion, that for a gay family it is harder to get a kid, then I thought. Many countries in Europe simply ban the very possibility of surrogacy. That means that you need to read carefully the contract you are making with the agency, and to question them more eagerly about their ways of dealing with the laws. And you need to consult at least with several lawyers.
