I always have a substantial breakfast and try my husband and son also to have it. It is good for our health to eat food high in calories in the morning. I always cook breakfast. I cook scrambled eggs with grilled vegetables, macaronee or potato with fish or meat. Also sometimes I can cook some pancakes or bake a tasty pudding.

I almost never skip breakfast :) :!: But sometimes I do, as I can be in hurry. In the morning I do not eat so much, as I do not want, you know ;) :o :? :| I almost never eat healthy food, unfortunately :o :( :( :x So I often eat sandwiches at breakfast, have a cup of tea or coffee ;) ;) :shock: :? :| As I have sweet tooth, I sometimes eat some candies or cakes...

perhaps i am to sentimental, but i do believe that breakfast is the main coursr of the day. that is why i think it is very inportant to eat properly especially in the morning. ;) ;) I do eat bread with butter and cheese, sometimes eggs and bakon, sometimes t is cerial.. ;) I never feel hunger till the afternoon and it is okay, cause my job is too important and responsibe.

I almost do not have any breakfast in my ration. Or i am in a hurry somewhere for a conference or for a work if i am talking about work days or if it is summer i just cross out the breakfast from my day because on my weekend and summer days i like to sleep till the time of lunch like till 12-1 p.m. so I do not have a need in breakfast. But when i do have a breakfast i often eat boiled or fried eggs with some cereal and vegetables or salad from tomotoes and cucumbers. i think it is a quite healthy meal, at least i dont get hungry almost till the time of dinner.

of course i agree that it is really very important to eat breakfasts every day, but i think that it is more important to follow the healthy lifestyle. stick to a diet and forget about some bad habits and alcohol. do not overwhelm your organism. do not eat junk food, try to eat a lot of soups, it is very helpful for the stomach. drink a lot of water in order to make your organs work after the surgery. try to eat with moderation and stick to the timetable. i am talking about eating at the same time every day. do not eat a lot , every person should eat no less than 20minutes. but of course eat healthy food for the breakfast. :) :) :)

I consider breakfast to be the most important meal of the day. It gives you energy for the whole day. Specialists say that it's very harmful for our organism to avoid breakfast. Of course I prefer a healthy one. I like eating boiled eggs, asparagus, bekon, steamed salmon, toasts, sometimes yogurt with oats and honey. 8-)

Hmm, I have answered this questions a lot of times, you know :lol: :) :) I have already written here that I am into whole food, so my breakfast consists only of healthy food. I always try to have a substantial breakfast in order I have enough energy to wake up and to work the whole day. I always also drink a cup of coffee, you see ;) ;) ;) :o :?

I think that most people going to work in the morning, used to go without breakfast.
At best, we have time to stuff a sandwich on the go and wash it down with a cup of coffee. If the same amount of time we have a little more, we are preparing ourselves eggs and sausage, and then drink tea with biscuits or scones, but still manage to add cheese. Indeed, it is better first option ...
In fact, it promises nothing good neither the first nor the second: in the first case we are going to work almost on an empty stomach, and in the middle of the day in the blood glucose level drops dramatically.

as i have said it previously i do not like cooking at all but breakfast is really very important for me.even if do not have a lot of time i would have a breakfast because without it i would not have enough energy for the day and i would be really very hungry and what is even worse i would be angry. i have really a lot of variant for the breakfast and it is not always healthy. i like to eat cookies for the breakfast. i may also eat some eggs, or sausage. sometimes i also make the salad if i have enough time, they may cook anything like sandwich, but usually i just buy anything tasty and eat it because it gives me enough energy for the day.

I am not sure that I always have ha healthy breakfast, you see :o :shock: :) I really like to eat delicious food, so most of the time I do not pay attention if it is healthy or not :( :( But I always try to have a substantial breakfast in order to feel active and energetic during all the day. Sometimes I eat some cakes, as I really like sweats.
