This is very difficult to imagive our life without the morning coffe. I think that this is very impossible for the all of us and we all can not think thta htis is great. Because there are amn y different people who use it every day and think that htisis the best drink of the all times .I think that we all know that there are many positive and negative influences of the coffee. Because of it i think that this si great to mantion them all one more time. first of all you can damage your teeth and you will have the bad smell from mouth .I think that you should go to the your dentist and ask him for the help because this can be the big problrm in the future.

Daily drinking a cup of coffee, hardly anyone thinks about the properties of this drink. Meanwhile, this drink is considered the most controversial. There are specialists who say that coffee is bad and you cannot drink it (but we continue to drink it and do not think about it), others say that coffee is almost the only way to cure some diseases. In their own way, to some extent both are right. But, anyway, I really love coffee. A cup of strong freshly ground coffee in the morning is fine. No additives: no sugar, no milk, no cinnamon - just freshly ground coffee beans. The smell is delicious - and the mood rises sharply ..

Chase I really understand what you mean and to tell the truth I am agree with you without any words. Sooo there are different opinions as for it... On the one hand your brother is right. If you use coffee in the great amount so it can be more than possible that soon you can have heart problems or something like this. But how shall we be in the morning?? Especially those who can not live without coffee.. I also can say that for me it is difficult to start day with coffee..but at conclusion we of course should remember that coffee really very harmful in the great amount.

Harmful you say? Of course, if you drink 10 cups a day, it's harmful. But 2 cups a day, tell me what will happen. Heart beats more often? Naturally, there is caffeine that gives energy. If a person has everything with his heart in order, then coffee is not a problem) for me, coffee is very useful for me. Before you clean the apartment you'll drink a cup of espresso and all the laziness is gone. And I love coffee with cream without sugar. Coffee with cream and sugar-free is one of the best things invented by mankind, in general, coffee, you can and without the cream, the main thing is that without sugar! Coffee - it can be said, my morning deity..... No matter how silly it sounded. You wake up in the morning after a crazy Sunday night, work another hour, you go to the kitchen, pour yourself a cup, add cream or milk and ... start to feel like a person.

friends, i think that we all are different nad we all have th different reaction of the organism on the different factors.I think that everything should be under control and you need regulae the usage of the differnet ingredianst by yourself.i think that this si great when you have the positive effect from the coffee , but still there is some negative results we all can have. i think that we all need try to overcome all the difficulties we have with it. In small, occasional cups there is possibly a case to be made for some benefits to coffee. If it’s fresh, high-quality and ideally organic then a raft of studies have shown that it can improve alertness and long term it may reduce the risk of developing of the different illneses.

If you drink coffee regularly, it can help you to reduce pressure. Anyone who is serious about health knows how important the health of the cardiovascular system is. ;) Everyone should drink coffee - but not much, be careful! ;)

I think that it can be harmful just for the peopel who have some health problems. I think that we all need just pay attention on its consumptions. BECAUSE there are amny people who all the itme just drink just coffee and try can not imagine th elife without it. I think that we all need just keep in the mind the there are many different other drinks which you can use and comnsume during the say. I think that everything depends on the season and in the summer it is better to dring something cool like lemonade or just water. I think that you need just follow my recommendations to stay healthy and in the good feeling all the time.

Unfortunately I know that coffee has harmful influence on our health if it is too much it in our life. Don't use more than two cups of coffee per day... Did you know that caffeine increases the amount of sugary beverages consumed by people, which contributes to obesity and diabetes. people who consume caffeinated beverages often report an upset stomach or indigestion ??? Are you aware of all these details of coffee??? No? Try to be careful with coffee because you can have problems with headache, and even heart... So that's why I don't recommend you to be absorbed in coffee.

I wish you to have a fantastic mood today. I hope we will have nice conversation with all of you. Do you think so???? I am not addicted by coffee but I really like it you know. Of course too much coffee can be very harmful especially for heart. You are right that people with addiction to coffee can have symptoms such as fatigue, depression, depression and drowsiness. To cheer up the man drinks coffee, but over time its effectiveness diminishes and coffee drinkers need more caffeine. So people drink more and more coffee, which has a more detrimental effect on its organism.
