coffee harm

Postby Chase » Sun Aug 07, 2016 3:37 pm

do you think that the coffee is harmful? there are a lot of different points of views and you do not know whom to believe and whether it is right to think that coffee is bad or it is good for the health. a recent study indicated that coffee drinkers had less prostate cancer than non-drinkers. I doubt that you are very concerned about getting prostate cancer. a cup or two of coffee will not harm you. however six cups or more per day may be the starting point of too much coffee, possibly leading to insomnia and hypertension.. i know many coffee drinkers who are in excellent health. my great-grandmother, for example, drank coffee her whole life and is 102.

personally i think that coffee is really very harmful and you have to be really careful with it. caffeine can cause headaches. while occasional doses of caffeine can relieve headache symptoms, the overuse of caffeine can cause headaches and lead to migraines. caffeine increases the amount of sugary beverages consumed by people, which contributes to obesity and diabetes. people who consume caffeinated beverages often report an upset stomach or indigestion. that is what i know for sure and that is why i try do not drink a lot of coffee.

Drinking coffee forms a large part of modern living in our society, it’s easy to lose track of how much we are actually consuming. Drinking coffee in moderation, like most other things, can be beneficial to our health, however drinking too much can have a greater impact on our health than we may realise.((

The fact that the dependence occurs when frequent use, due to which later "wake up" and cheer without coffee we cannot. This, in turn, leads to nervous exhaustion, irritability, lethargy, apathy, nervousness and anxiety. In coffee composition are included substances which increase the acidity. This in turn can cause ulcers, liver and pancreas.
