Coffee can bring both harm and benefit for us. It depends on how much you drink it during the day. I think a cup of coffe in the morning is pretty enough to feel active and energetic and not cause harm for your health. If you drink coffee too much it can cause a lit of serious deseases. I prefer latter and rarely espresso. i tend to think that coffee has more benefits. Recent researches proved that coffee can be helpful in the following cases: it can reduce the risk for numerous cancers, it can help to lose extra weight. more over people who drink coffee heavily have less chances to get depressed. So for me its an ideal beginning of the day. but of course, enought is enough, so one cup per day of this amazing drink won't be harmful for you at all.
I love coffe and i can drink it a lot of times without thinking the consequences, you know.. perhaps it is harmful, especially when you have a high pressure, but i don't so i drink it without much consideration. i drink it in the morning and in the afternoon, but try to avoid this drink in the evening in order to have a good sleep.,
Hi everybody here) Coffee itself is healthy, it has many benefits. It is pretty easy to overdo it, or to turn it into something unhealthy. A few cups a day is fine, all of the benefits, none of the drawbacks. If you're pouring it full of sugar and cream and flavored syrups and such, it isn't any different that having a piece of cake - not so healthy. I find coffee very benefitial for our helth. I like to drink coffee in the morning because it helps be stay fresh during the whole day. A cup or two a day is fine. If you drink more, or add a lot of sweeteners or creamers, you might want to cut back. With mixed results from various tests, drink it if you want but in moderation.
