as for me dandruff is an aesthetic problem. It's widespread disease and nowadays millions of people suffer from it. Fortunately i have never had such a problem. But a friend of mine can't say the same. he had a kind of allergy for a shampoo. And after he has changed it, the problem totally disappeared. But that's quite an easy way to fight with dandruff. Sometimes it's a real trouble. In more cases the problem hides deeper then just a shampoo of a bad quality. It means something is wrong with the processes in your organism. And the only solution is a consulting with good specialist called trichologist, who will examine skin on your head and will propose you the solution.

i think that it is a very serious problem, not because it is a dangerous thing or it may lead to some serious disease, just because it is a very unpleasant thing and i would not like to have it. i know that there are a lot of shampoos against dandruff. but i do not believe in them, i heard a lot of people using them and having very negative comments . but of course there are those very expensive ones which are considered to be very helpful. i have heard also about many natural remedies for it but i do not even know whether it is useful to believe them, i think that in many cases you may even hurt yourself and your hair with them.

I think that there are many people who suffer it and this can be a problem to get rid of it. I know that there are many ways of home treatment which you can make by yourself and use some time at home. First of all, i think that you need wach your hair offently. You might have to wash your head twice to take it out. Dandruff is caused when your scalp sheds dead skin cells. It is not caused by hair itself.Excessive shampooing, especially with harsher chemicals, such as lauryl sulfate, can irritate the scalp and dry it out, causing more dandruff.

Ewww... happens sometimes to all of us :( Dandruff may be the result of a dry scalp, or a skin condition called seborrheic dermatitis. It could also be caused by eczema, psoriasis, or, very commonly, an overgrowth of a yeastlike fungus called malassezia. :o You can try to get rid of it at home. Use coconut oil is a "tried and true" dandruff treatment, and it smells nice too. Before showering, massage 3-5 tablespoons of coconut oil into your scalp and let sit for about an hour. Shampoo normally. You can also look for a shampoo that already contains coconut oil. ;) :)

i know a lot about this problem, i do not think that it is really very serious and it is very hard to get rid of it but still it is not very pleasant for you and the people around you and it is better to get rid of it as soon as possible. i think that first of all you have to consult the doctor, i think that it shall be the dermatologist. he would prescribe something for you, but i think that in this case you may avoid visiting the doctor and get rid of this problem on your won. first of all you have to change the shampoo, you have to buy some shampoo from the dandruff, i have seen some special ones from the dandruff in the chemist'. that is it. good luck.

You know one of the most common causes of dandruff - it is yeast, fungi and bacteria that live in the body of each person. Normally they do not bother and we do not create problems. But when there is a failure (broken diet lacking vitamins and so forth), it leads to activation of the microorganisms. There is an infection, and as a result, there is dandruff. This can be prevented by using conventional yoghurt. Yogurt - this is one of the best sources of "friendly" bacteria in our body. Increase in the number of beneficial bacteria in the body helps to cope with the infection and helps normalize the digestive process, which leads to the disappearance of dandruff.

You know do not rely on advertising. Medicated shampoos and hair lotions need to be bought in the drugstore, picking on the principle of your skin and hair type. Salicylic acid, zinc, ichthyol, tar normalize the sebaceous glands, remove inflammation, destroy the fungus and eliminate itching. For the effect of the shampoo is not immediately washed, and incubated on the head up to five minutes. Such treatment can be carried out one and a half months, and then go to normal very mild shampoo. After some time, can be repeated if necessary. Wash your hair is recommended once every couple of days, as the daily washing stimulates the sebaceous glands. Always good to wash your hair shampoo with clean water and dry the recommended natural way.

all these means will be effective if the cause of dandruff is the wrong care for your hair. If using shampoos dandruff persists, then it is already being called not only dandruff but seborrhea.
In this case, you should begin treatment with a visit to the doctor and special medical research. If you have seborrhea dermatitis you should buy in a drugstore shampoos and means which do not contain dyes, fragrances and preservatives, there is very little. The structure of such medicines or shampoos include antibiotics, so treatment regimen is better to discuss with your doctor.
