Here you are you doing today??? I want to say that I am so friendly today and happy to greet you again ())it is difficult to get rid of acne, but it is possible you know. I have never had it but I am afraid of it. I support the idea that you should remove makeup before going to bed. Never go to bed without removing makeup. If you wear makeup, get used to remove makeup before going to bed. Left on the face overnight, it clogs the pores, which leads to the formation of acne. Also you can choose a good foundation containing no oil. If you can't find such a basis, apply before face powder. be careful with it

At the age of 14-19 years, the main precipitating factor of the onset of rash is hormonal activity, which is characterized by puberty (at this age the appearance of acne-prone about 40-50 % of boys). At the age of 22 from inflammatory processes of the skin suffers only 5 % of young people. After 30 years of hormonal acne are usually. In older age rash on the face men can also occur but much less frequently (in 40 years – only 1% of males and 50 years – does not appear at all)

Two main causes of acne in this area: over-eating spicy and fatty foods; alcohol abuse. Eruptions on the chin are indicative of the presence in the body of a large number of toxins, as well as problems with the digestive or endocrine system, disorders of the kidneys and liver.

To the skin after shaving not inflamed, and it appeared undesirable rashes, it is recommended to shave after a shower or bath (in this case, the skin is steamed enough); to carry out the procedure movements strictly on the hairline; time to change the blade or use an electric machine; to use a special after shave lotion, anti-inflammatory and disinfectant action.

I would like to say that problem with acne is really horrible especially if it happens in teenagers years. You should prevent it as fast as possible. You should remember some simple rules as for your treating.. For example that to wash too often sometimes almost as bad as wash is not enough. Blackheads do not appear because of dirt. Wash morning and evening, and if you are sweating a lot or want to remove makeup. Excessive washing can cause irritation and pimples to become even greater. Do not forget that dry skin will benefit from gel or soap on oil-based or moisturizers.
