Wash your face twice a day, morning and evening. Do it gently, be sure to warm (not hot) water, it helps the pores to open up and clears better than cold. Too hot water can burn the skin.
Choose a cleanser suitable for your skin. You should choose hypoallergenic product or specially designed to fight acne. Aggressive Soaps with strong fragrances may make the problem worse.

If you have dry or oily skin, choose a tool carefully. In fact, and in another case, the skin requires special care.
To wash too often sometimes almost as bad as wash is not enough. Blackheads do not appear because of dirt. Wash morning and evening, and if you are sweating a lot or want to remove makeup. Excessive washing can cause irritation and pimples to become even greater. Dry skin will benefit from gel or soap on oil-based or moisturizers.

Before you wash your face, wash your hands. Washing face is very important, but what good if you make it greasy and dirty hands? For best results, first wash your hands.
Do not wash and do not scrape too hard. Some prefer to wash your face washcloth or a loofah, but it can irritate the skin and make it more susceptible to acne formation. It is best to carefully wash your face with your hands

After every wash moisturize the skin, it is no less important than the wash. When washing your face you remove the skin from the fat and moisture, thereby causing it to produce more fat and sebum to compensate for dryness. Skin needs moisture. Help her to make up for the lack of it, applying a moisturizer after each washing.

Select the appropriate moisturizer. Moisturizer must be chosen depending on skin type. The following are General guidelines, but everyone's skin is different, so experiment and try to find the remedy that suits you.

Oily skin: choose a moisturising gel. It is sufficiently hydrating, but not too tight.
Dry skin: you need moisturizer, it is thick and stable gel. This is exactly what doctors advise for those who need more hydration.
To exfoliate, that is, to gently remove the top layer of skin (epidermis), you need to get rid of dead skin and open pores. View, will it improve the exfoliation of your skin condition. You can buy a special tool or make your own. The main thing – do not overdo it. Exfoliation once a week is more than enough

Sometimes physical exfoliation (e.g., scrub) is not suitable for people suffering from acne, and only exacerbates the problem. Chemical peels softer effect on the skin, and some remedies can be applied daily (usually applied at night). Alpha-hydroxy acids (for imported vehicles are referred to as AHA) remove the layer of dead cells, beta-hydroxy acids (BHA) to purify pores. Can choose one type or both.

Remove makeup before going to bed. Never go to bed without removing makeup. If you wear makeup, get used to remove makeup before going to bed. Left on the face overnight, it clogs the pores, which leads to the formation of acne. Choose a Foundation containing no oil. If you can't find such a basis, apply before face powder. It will absorb the excess fat. If you know you are too lazy to remove makeup before bed, you can buy wipes for cleansing the skin and in extreme cases to clean the face of them.

Try not to touch your face. Hands are full of bacteria, and touching the person you are handling them. The less on the face of the bacteria, the less the likelihood of terrible rash.Try not to share with brothers and sisters who suffer from acne, personal hygiene items. This includes towels, brushes and tools for make-up, scrunchies and hair bands and the like.
