Hi everybody here) Nice to meet you all, guys) :D :D Walk up to the wall with the headlights still on and mark the exact center of each headlight beam, determined by the small circular disc that will appear in the illumination pattern of each light. :D :D :D Note that the Altima has very little if any horizontal light adjustment capabilities. If your headlamps appear drastically tilted to the right or left, you should replace the entire assembly because the frame is either bent or cracked. Mark this point on the wall and use the level to draw a level line across the wall extending between the two lights. If the lights are not pointing at a place on the wall that is 3 inches below the actual height of the headlight, adjust the light accordingly.

i think that it is very good to change something in your life it will give you the feeling of being alive and give a good kick. when the person lives in a daily grey routine he gets used to everything and he always is bored and tired. i think that it is useful for your life when you change the place of living or you decide to take up a new hobby or even career. sometimes it is even good to change your environment, i am talking about people who are around you, if you think that they are not true friends of yours. good luck.

i think that it is really needed in our life to get used to all difficulties and changes that you meet in your life because without it , you will never be happy. our life consists of different problems and you may be sure that all people have them. but some of us do not bother about them, they know that they can overcome everything in their lives and it is better to adjust to them. but there are such people who can not understand that problems ake us better. i understand it and i always try to learn on my mistakes, it is very important for me.

Disaster relief work can be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to help people in need of your expertise and assistance. It is a uniquely rewarding way to use the skills you have developed as a service member. However, disaster relief work can also cause stress, which may not end when you complete your assignment.

although i do not lie changes still i learned how to adjust to them. it is very difficult to change something in your environment but sometimes you do not have the other choice. you just have to change something in your life if you want to be happy. for the most difficult thing is to change the place of living, it is a great stress for em. it takes a lot of time in order to make the house cosy, and when i do it ,i do not want to change it. i have done everything with a lot of efforts and when you move to the other place you do not have the feeling that you are at home.

I suppose that adjusting is very important in our life, especially nowadays. It is a very great challange. Some people manage to adjust very easy, and some are suffering while adjusting. I guess we have to take great pains to manage to do this. We should be more confident, believe in ourselves, respect other people and be polite.

I do not think that is a topic you should really bring up.. i mean.. Changes.. Every day and the minute brings them, and you cannot deal anything with that. discussing this would be the same as to discuss the topic of breathing. "Breathing. It's relentlessness and inevitability. What can we do with that?")) Sounds funny, isnt it? It does sound funny in case with changes. that is not a problem you need to solve, rather the the reality you have to experience. You cannot avoid it, you cannot change it, you cannot do anything about that. you can do one thing with yourself though. Try to understand and accept, because we do not have any other choice.

I do not even know what to say, there is nothing you can say about this , no "yes" or "no". Who is going do deny the fact that everything in this life changes? The life itself is a change, one that never stops. That is the fact that cannot be understood by the idealists, and people who are looking for something "perfect" in their lives. When you understand and accept the fact of the perpetual change of our reality, you are loosing the fear of the death, and many other fears that are based upon it. the fear of death is basically the fear of unknown, and the fear of unknown is the fear of the changes. Uncertainty. When you accept the changes, you understand, that uncertainty is the only thing that is not changes.

It was always interesting and marvellous for me to see how the things change over time. I often recall my childhood, the years when I was a teenager. And it does not make me feel old , or sad. Because I know that every single human being on the planes who ever existed, passed trough all this. And each human that will live after me will have to experience the same. Yes, everything changes. But many people are afraid of changes, because they are afraid to loose something - youth, health, some possibilities.. We have to face the fact that in the end we are going to loose everything, no matter how much we achieved in this life. therefore, there is nothing to worry about)

there is a beautiful song about this topic. A jazz ballad, that is called "Everything must change". When I was listening to it, especially performed by the duo of vocalist and the piano, I never could hold my tears. Everything must change, nothing stays the same, says the song. If to think about that all the time, the life may seem to be a really sad place to be... But there is a saying that I believe in : "All the changes are good changes". You need to make the changes in your life by your own hands - and move your life towards brighter future. the real tragedy is when nothing changes. So let's make only good changes in our lives)
