Panic Attack

Postby Alex » Mon Oct 09, 2017 12:57 pm

Hi there…You know that for several years I have suffered panic attacks on the road. And they start suddenly, without any significant reasons. For example, eating in a car with her husband and suddenly it becomes stuffy, it's hard to breathe, and the cold sweat breaks through. It seems that the safety belt is suffocating, I want to escape, to run somewhere. And did not fall into an accident, thank God. That is, the fear is abstract. Maybe my problem is not in psychology, but in the body? Then how to be surveyed and how to get rid of these seizures?

Good day everyone! Have not seen you a million years! How is your mood? I feel a little panic inside and don’t know why. I know that any stresses that we attribute to our emotional state - for example, anxiety, low self-esteem or violent reactions - are actually related to our physiology. These so-called "false feelings" are caused by a lack in the brain of a chemical reaction capable of maintaining resistance to stress. However, such states can be quickly adjusted by changing their physiology. How you get rid of any panic?

Hello nice to meet you there. How was your weekend? I know what are you talking about. Of course usually panic begins as a mild anxiety, but gradually anxiety builds up, fear appears. To this are added physical changes in the body - dizziness, palpitations, sometimes shortness of breath. Man can throw something in the heat, then in the cold, she feels a slight tingling in the fingers, the weight in her legs. After an attack, man feels incredibly tired and shattered. The consequences of panic are often depressive states. Maybe that’s why))))

Hi Guys…hmmm let me think.. maybe if the panic is caused by the excessive emotionality of a person, overwork and fatigue, you can pay attention to the following. First, the method of nutrition - caffeine, sugar, alcohol, lack of calcium, magnesium and B vitamins can cause painful panic conditions. Therefore, eat more vegetables and fruits, lean meat, fish and eggs. Secondly, take care of yourself - sleep at least 7-8 hours a day, go in for sports and walk in the fresh air. Third, learn calmness. To do this, you can spend more time in the company of friends and relatives, you can try to distract your favorite business or make a plan for real action in case of some extraordinary circumstances. Try it!

Ohhhh to my mind it is not such a big problem… you know that my friend If during an attack you feel that you will lose control, go mad, die, then this does not mean that it will happen. Fear during attacks is the same illusion as the arrogance of a drunkard. Nothing can happen to you. From attacks of panic attacks nobody died and did not go mad))) So just relax and go somewhere with your friends )

Hi there! What is your mood today?......I think that you must feel comfortable everywhere..if yyou cant go outside ..if it hard for you… must try again and again …repeat attempts until you feel that you have survived all the horror of what is happening and the panic has passed…n addition, at home you can write down on paper all that you are afraid of. Analyze fears…..if the probability that something from this will happen is high, take precautions..

I am totally agree with you. You know sometimes I think is it normal to feel a little panic inside and you know what…..certainly, the feeling that something terrible is about to happen, sometimes visits each of us. Fear is a kind of way to survive. A jump with a parachute, a flight, a "walk" through a dark gateway is quite naturally causing us a sense of alarm. This is a normal protective reaction of the body, it is justified and therefore natural. Panic also arises on an equal footing, when the real possibility of doing something catastrophic is actually extremely small!!!!!!

Okay my friend had a problem…   he has a lot of stress underground. He said it is understandable that you are afraid of a recurrence of an attack in similar circumstances. As a consequence, many men start to avoid places in which there is a feeling of unreasonable fear. This is a big mistake. Get rid of the panic can only survive it. If you feel bad in the subway, try going down there with someone you can trust. Do not force yourself. First just walk along the lobby. Feeling in yourself strength, descend the escalator down. If the first time you can not get on the train, it does not matter :geek: :geek: :geek:

To my mind the head in the metro is spinning for many and for various reasons. If the vertigo only overtakes you in the metro, and nowhere else, the reason for this dizziness lies in the disparity of your vegetative stability with the microclimate of the subway. The first is, of course, the fear of going down into the dungeon, no matter how beautifully we do not furnish the station, it's still a dungeon.

It is not a joke. It can be a very serious problem(( Maybe you must visit a specialist??? The psychotherapist will help you to get the causes of what is happening out of the subconscious, develop an individual program for returning to normal life. Most likely, in addition to visits to the doctor, you will also be assigned tranquilizers, which reduce the feeling of fear and anxiety. In addition to medicinal methods!!!!
