Many of us have our own fears and phobias. And you seems to be one of such people. If you have it and want to get rid of it, than you should apply for a professional help for you to get rid your phobia. It can be very dangerous for you and for other people who surround you. Don't waste time and go to the doctor, because you cant manage it alone.

That's a very serious thing, I think. If you don't want to risk your health, than first of all you should do two main things. First of all, you should stop driving your car. If you have such panic attacks and you don't know when they can appear, than you shouldn't risk your life and the lives of other drivers and pedestrians. Do you know, that it is a crime to drive a car if you have such problms. So, dont joke about it. And the second thing is that you should find out the reason for your panic attacks and find the way to overcome them. And the only person who can help you is a psycologist. You have a psycological problem, and he is the only person who can help you.

Panic attacks can occur due to number of disorders including panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, drug use disorder, depression, and medical problems. They can either be triggered or occur unexpectedly. Risk factors include smoking and psychological stress. Diagnosis should involve ruling out other conditions that can produce similar symptoms including hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism, heart disease, lung disease, and drug use. Ithink that the best way to get rid of that is to go to psycologst.

You are right that anyone can undergo a panic attack under certain circumstances, as a rule, almost everyone in his life has experienced something similar at least once. But, if these conditions are repeated, even if it is not associated with a noticeable stress or depressive phenomena . And also it can be caused by some problems for example or your fears as well. I try to control myself and try to think positively

Instead they suffer in silence, distancing themselves from friends, family, and others who could be helpful. Other people suffering from panic attacks don't know they have a real and highly treatable disorder. It is our hope that through increased education, people will feel more empowered to discuss their symptoms with a healthcare professional and seek appropriate treatment.

To tell the truth I know what are you talking about. Of course usually panic begins as a mild anxiety, but gradually anxiety builds up, fear appears.
To this are added physical changes in the body - dizziness, palpitations, sometimes shortness of breath. Man can throw something in the heat, then in the cold, she feels a slight tingling in the fingers, the weight in her legs. After an attack, man feels incredibly tired and shattered. Steps can be taken to stop a panic attack, and to help prevent further attacks from happening. Recognize the physical symptoms. During a panic attack, your body goes into a natural fight-or-flight response, just as if you were in a truly terrifying and dangerous situation, only no dangerous situation is actually occurring.

That's true that everyone can be panic stricken sometimes. And everything depends on some special reasons. I have understood that anyone can undergo a panic attack under certain circumstances, as a rule, almost everyone in his life has experienced something similar at least once. But, if these conditions are repeated, even if it is not associated with a noticeable "nervous" stress or depressive phenomena this should be considered a manifestation of a neurotic disorder and it would be really better to consult a doctor-psychotherapist for you to be treated
