It is not a joke. It can be a very serious problem(( Maybe you must visit a specialist??? The psychotherapist will help you to get the causes of what is happening out of the subconscious, develop an individual program for returning to normal life. Most likely, in addition to visits to the doctor, you will also be assigned tranquilizers, which reduce the feeling of fear and anxiety. In addition to medicinal methods!!!!

Yeah….this topic is very close to me. There were a lot of ases in my life when I feel myself in panic or something.. When the first attack occurred, I was frightened and could not understand what was happening to me. I remember this sudden appearance of an uncontrollable, pointless animal fear in the middle of the night. Then it seemed that the heart would jump out of the chest. The panic completely paralyzed me. After the attack passed, there was an unpleasant sediment of anxiety. I was reassured by the fact that this is an isolated case and it is more likely that it will not happen again.

So everyone i will state my opinion on the nature of panic attacks. I believe that if you want to get rid of them, then first of all you need to know the enemy person, to have an idea of all his tricks and vile tricks. So I'll start with a general look at the problem, and then I'll move on to practical advice on how to get rid of the panic attack and how to quickly stop a panic attack)))))

Everyone in the family is panic-stricken about planes - both my mother and my grandmother, and I, too. And at the physical level: we become ill on board (sick, head splits, pressure jumps up and down). But my ladies can afford not to fly, but I have a need - business trips. The authorities do not explain that it would be better to train, because time is money. So everytime I just try to forget that I am in a train

Alex such an unusual topic for discussion you know. But it is important to discuss it I thisnk. I am a panick striken that is for sure you know. And I hate myself for being such a nervous person if there is some stressful situation. In conclusion it is really right that this are added physical changes in the body dizziness, palpitations, sometimes shortness of breath. Man can throw something in the heat, then in the cold, she feels a slight tingling in the fingers, the weight in her legs. After an attack, man feels incredibly tired and shattered. The consequences of panic are often depressive states. I even don`t knoww how to get rid of it

First you need to understand that such a vegetative crisis, a panic attack, is an adrenaline rush in the nerve endings, this is a normal physiological reaction of the organism, which is a defensive reflex. I intentionally simplify the description and terminology of complex pathophysiological reactions - so it is clearer, but the meaning does not change. Anyone can undergo a panic attack under certain circumstances, as a rule, almost everyone in his life has experienced something similar at least once. But, if these conditions are repeated, even if it is not associated with a noticeable "nervous" stress or depressive phenomena - this should be considered a manifestation of a neurotic disorder and it is highly desirable - to consult a doctor-psychotherapist. The main method of treatment of course is psychotherapy, because as a rule, panic disorder is the result of prolonged emotional stress associated with unresolved or unsolved personal problems.

First of all I think you shpuld avoid riding a car alone for you not to get into a car crash. I don't think that you can get rid this problem without help, so I think you should apply to the specialist. Go to the psychologiat and tell him about your problem. I think that only a specialist can help in such situation.

I think the best way out of the situation is to apply for a doctors help. Your occasion is really very serious, you can harn not only yourself, but olsoto other people. Go to the psychiater and do everything he'll told you. You have a really serious problem. And don't even try to drive a car without somebody sitting in the car.

Many of us have our own fears and phobias. And you seems to be one of such people. If you have it and want to get rid of it, than you should apply for a professional help for you to get rid your phobia. It can be very dangerous for you and for other people who surround you. Don't waste time and go to the doctor, because you cant manage it alone.

Hello and good mood. If I were you, I would certainly turn to a specialist, and most likely a psychotherapist, I think he could help you, because it's not a joke. maybe it will happen that you will not be able to react in time to a pedestrian on the road or a spheophoric signal, but anything, and people can suffer, including you and your husband. I think it is necessary to find out the reason, there may have been situations when something happened in a confined space, something bad ... or maybe something in the body is not so, such a state can cause the release of adrenaline or other hormones, but can also other factors. Do not delay and be surveyed.
