Take care that houses sound music. It is not necessary to follow the music fashion. The main thing is that the songs are liked and promoted "relaxation". Do not regret the past. I think that In the life of each person, the very moments occur when for no apparent reason there is apathy to work, a reluctance to do something, a gloomy and depressed mood.Even such elementary actions as cleaning the apartment or ironing clothes become difficult and difficult, both physically and mentally.If you also have this condition - Congratulations, you're depressed! You know guys it is difficult even to speak about depression . It is difficult for everyone when it is a depression. So as usual my mood depends in weather for example and unfortunately today is such a season what makes me feel depressed and absorbed in myself. To tell the truth the one thing I need is to be in my bed under the warm blanket. Or simply someonsuppsupport. I think that exactly such a thing as support would be the best variant how to get out in depression. Support your lovers they really need it.

I don't really think that someone can really help you. First of all you should apply to a psychologist. I think this is the only person who can help you. If you don't want to do that, then you should find out the reasson of your depression and try to find as much liturature about your problem as possible ans analise it. But I think it'll be batter to go to a specialist.

Hello! You want to get rid of depression? It can be a very serious problem. People even end up their lives becouse they are depressed. Don't even try to overcome it by your own powers. I think it is impossible. You should ask for a quallified help, or it can be to late. Do not waste your time and go to a doctor.

several years ago I also had alike kind of mood, but it wasn't for a long time and I could manage to bear it by myself. I just throw away all my bad thoughts. But if you can't do it by yourself, then, I think, you should apply for a professional help. I think you should apply for a psychologist for you to help.

Have a good night today)))Everything depends on kind of personality and how this depression influence on him. It is is difficult I know. But ultimately there are some good methods that can help you to get rid of depression and continue to live!!! I am also sure that the ideal weapon against a depressed state is physical activity. You can try to spend more time with your friends if they suggest you to go with them somewhere do not refuse I am sure that mood in such cases will be boosted

Super instruction, my brother tells me this and does it just the same, well, straight as if he was writing this post))) Well honestly))) Planning your day and making a plan for a week is very cool, I'm writing on plans for a week, then I can determine how much I have free time, and most importantly I do not forget anything. I read the book for about 15 minutes a day, try to get enough sleep, but recently somehow it's not very good))) But I would add to this list of sports activities otherwise you can quickly grow old and we do not want it, and more os to save and accumulate savings.

-Feeling worthless or guilty
-Difficulty thinking, concentrating or making decisions
-Thoughts of death or suicide
Symptoms must last at least two weeks for a diagnosis of depression.
If you have all those symptoms, than you should apply for the help of a psycologist. He is the only one who can help you.
