Well, have you ever noticed that when something botheres us we try to eat as more as possible and it calm us down. I think that you have a prpblem and you can't solve it so that can be your reason. I think that your hunger is not some kind of physical disorder. I think that it is a menta disorder. Go to the doctor, because it can be a big problem.

There are many weight loss programs and diet pills marketed as appetite suppressants, but it is possible to decrease your appetite naturally through diet and exercise. I truly understand what you mean because as far as I know if you lead healthy lifestyle you will not have problems with your appetite. I think that it is a little bit stupid to follow some diets because in conclusion you will be crazy and start to eat everything you want. and moreover at night. I recommend you never lead diets but try to eat everything in small portions and I recommend you to eat at the evening but something light, not difficult. It would be better than eating nothing as well
