you know i do not really go in for sports, i do not visit the gym that is why i do not know what i would do it is hot. but i think hat in all gyms there are air conditioners and that is why you may spend your time there without any difficulties. but if you want to train in the fresh air then i think that you shall get up really very early when it is not really very hot and air still fresh. on the streets there are not many people ad it would be really very comfortable for you to train. i think that it may help you because i do not think that training under the scorching sun would be really very healthy for you. think about it. good luck
It is almost impossible to workout during hot days. I like working out during march or april when it is still chilly outside so i can enjoy it. But it also has its own disadvantage when you are wet it is better not to go out at once from gym because you can catch flu, but during hot days it is even worse to work out i even can not breath not talking about working out.

well i go in for sports but not very often as i do not have a lot of time for it. but still when i have it then i would definitely go to the park for jogging, or even g to the gym to improve my body. i try to follow the healthy diet bt still it si very hard to do it when you do not have enough time for it. but i really hate to have work out in the summer when it is very hot, i can not think even about doing something, for me the weather when it is hot is associated with the sea and holidays and my head is full of such thoughts. and of course it is very hard for us to train when it is very hot that is why i do not advise you to do it.
