In the last few decades, the psyche of children has been subjected to enormous psycho emotional stresses and stresses. A clear dependence of the frequency and degree of nightmares on the strength of the stress experienced, feelings, and excess of emotions is established. Computer, TV, psychological atmosphere in the family, kindergarten, school, in the yard - everything affects the quality of children's sleep. Their surroundings (parents, educators, peers) often need help of psychologists. As a result, the number of children suffering from nightmares is steadily growing. A nightmare unexpectedly arises in the phase of fast sleep, in the morning or in the second half of the night. Faced with the situation when your baby has nightmares, lose self-control is not worth it. Do not show that you, too, are frightened and upset, convince him that there is no danger. Tranquility and confidence will help you and your child in a difficult situation. First of all, try to determine the possible cause of a child's nightmare. Try to restore spiritual connection with the baby. Limit the aggressive impact of the environment on the child's psyche: watching TV; computer games; Animated cartoons; Presence at home "disassembly" (children should be isolated from parents' disagreements). Normalize sleep and rest. Create a baby such conditions that he went to bed at a constant time. Sleeping rituals are excellent helpers of healthy sleep. Enter them necessarily, they will be a guardian of sleep and support in difficult moments for life.

it is needed to start from the topic that i do not have children and i think that it would be clear to you that i can not tell you a lot about it from my own experience but of course i can tell you that it is life and of course we all may have nightmares. and taking into account that child's psychic is not stable, it is only developing then it is really very common situation when children are having nightmares and i do not think that it is really very serious. they are really easily affected by everything and even a small thing may cause anightmare for them and i think that you realise it.

unfortunately, we had such a problem and i do not know why we actually had it but you know i think that it was one of the worst experiences in our life and i hope that would not suffer from it anymore. our daughter had them and i do not know why, i can tell you that we are very calm parents and we do not scream at her and anything bad happened and she was not stressed and that is why i think that it is really strange and i do no realise what is the reason of that and i do not know how it went away. we were just supporting her and helped her in everything and managed to overcome this problem.

I agree with you guys this is a very serious problem that the child suffers! Try to reestablish emotional contact with your child. To limit the aggressive effects of the environment on the psyche of your child. To normalize sleep and rest. Pay attention to your baby's health. ;)

i think that i need to strat with the thing that i do not have children and as many other guys here i do not know whether it is normal for the child to have nightmares. personally i do not think that it is normal and that is why you shall do something with it, but i see that some other guys tell that it is normal because the child's psychic develops and that is why maybe he has nightmares. but still it does not sound to me plausible and i still would keep to the opinion that it is not good, but i do not know what can be the way out of it and i do not imagine it. but hope that i would know what is right

i would not lie you,, i do not think that it is the thing about which you shall lie but yes sometimes our child ahs nightmares and i do not know what can be the reason of them,i thought about a lot of different things sand i do not know what is the cause of them, i have read in the internet about the possible reason of them and of course I communicated with the doctors, namely psychologists and they also do not know the exact reason of it, they tell that there may be really lots of different reasons of it and it is hard to tell it for sure, bu you know the thing is that we also do not know how to get rid of it.

Hello   I am glad to see you here again)) I would like to say that all children have nightmares, but someone has it very often, someone not. I think that everything depends on the emotions our children get during the whole day. For example if your children get negative emotions, they see some quarrels somewhere in the society, in your family circle so that's why it would be difficult to fall asleep and to have a good night.. If your child has it you should be together with him, you should support him if he has nightmares..

Have a good day today my boys and dear readers!! How are you feeling guys?? As I said for you in all my posts I am not a father yet unfortunately. But as I have mentioned my partner and I are going to become parents in the nearest time and we almost have found the right agency . But if I have a child and he has nightmares so without any words I will always stay together with him. I mean I would support him and say that nothing happens I am here and you should not be afraid of anything!! I think that it would be right decision.

I am really happy for it because it is awful when baby has nnightmares . I think that everything can influence on the bad dream. For example if your child has stressful day or he hears so many quarrels from people around or simply in the family so guys it is more than possible to say that your child will have bad dream and in conclusion he will havd nightmares....

First of all, the parents should go to a specialist for him to understand the reason of the fears. The most common reason is parents. Yes, parents. Perhaps they educate her in a wrong way or have some quarrells which the girl sees. If this parents want to solve this problem they should go to the psychyetrist.
