If to be totally honest, I don't really know the answer to this question, but I think that it can be legaly. I think that to adopt a child can be more hard than the surrogasy. If an unmarried couple jointly adopts a child, or if one partner legally adopts the biological child of the other, both parents are legal parents. This means both have equal legal responsibilities to raise and support the child. If the couple separates, each has the right to petition a court for custody of (or visitation with) the child, and each has an obligation to provide child support. I think that they also can get a child with the help of a surrogasy program, and they wouldn't need to collect to much papers.
I welcome everyone on this site, I'm new and I do not know anything yet. I started with this news. My name is Magretto and I'm Italian by descent. It is wonderful to know that there are such forums on which like-minded people can share their experiences, problems and knowledge. Unfortunately, due to my young years, I can not answer exactly your question, but presumably I still think that problems should not arise. After all, not all countries have legalized same-sex relationships, so do not worry about it! Why do not your friends want to clarify this question by themselves)
As for me, I think that people who are not married, but they are willing to adopt a child can be legal. But I think that it would be better if they would take a marriage. I think that those couples who are married, have more chances to adopt a child than those who live without being marride. I think that they should get to know everything by consulting a lawyer.
you know i also think about this and in my opinion it is very god that you have such a great goal and you would move towards it. i think that everything in our lives is possible and that is why all of us would be able to do it. but you know in my opinion it is very complicated and that is why i would not like to be lonely father and i would not be, the child shall grow up in a normal family and have two parents. but i do not know, maybe some people would b able to be a single parent, but i do not know, the child would lack the attention. but if you want then move to your goal. so just try and you will see. i wish you good luck.
Oh my Goodness, I just have mentioned my opinions as for being a single father. I can repeat that nowadays the twenty-first century has opened doors for single men to pursue adoption of a child. Despite the traditional definition of family being husband, wife, and children, adoption agencies are beginning to accept single men as a potential adoptive parent. First of all you should consult with a specialist as for such questions. Of course this process will be complicated but remember about the happiness you will get in future. So good luck my guys with this procedure
I think all depends on the laws of the country where a certain gay couple lives. In some countries LGBT couples are allowed to have a child via adoption or a surrogacy program. In other countries it's forbidden. I think before doing anything same-sex parents need to consult an attorney. Only he will give them a correct answer whether they are allowed to have a baby or not.
