Check it regularly, and replace any items that you may have used.Post emergency phone numbers (including poison control, primary care physician, etc.) in a central area of the home, easily accessible in case of emergency.
Ensure the crib is placed safely. You’ll want to make sure that the area immediately around a child’s crib is free of anything that the child could accidentally grab ahold of, such as lamps, wall decorations (including stick-on decals that could fall off the wall and into the crib), cords, and furniture your baby might climb on.

Do you not lower the bar of your goals? For example, last year you set out to learn the Spanish language and go on a trip to Argentina, and then decided that it is impossible and save up for a vacation in Turkey. There are practically no unattainable goals, say leading experts in motivation. If you set a high target and do not deviate from the intended goal, then you will not only achieve what you want, but along the way you will accomplish a lot of useful and interesting tasks and begin to believe in your own forces much more than before.

Calm down, do not drive the horses in your head, just calm down, and then, begin to pay attention to your life. You do not have to condemn it, you do not have to condemn yourself or others, you do not need to assess your life, yourself or even others, in general, otherwise frustration, excuses justifying your laziness and weakness will start to come to your mind. Then you begin to look for the guilty on the side, start shifting responsibility to other people and thereby your valuation thinking, will not lead to anything.
