The reason, as always, lies on the surface. In the phrase "You have to accept yourself as you are", we all rest on the first part of it, that "We must accept ourselves," and do not think about the second - "the way you are". At this point, of course, you can start to lament that we are forced to adjust to the demands of society. But we will not even start, right? And we will make a very simple and useful exercise. Take a blank sheet of A4 paper and divide it into two parts. In the left, write down the eight signs that characterize you, and in the right - which have nothing to do with you. For example, a woman, a student, a clever girl, a beauty - will go to the left column, and a two-piece, a "blue stocking" and a coward - in the right.

Stop harassing yourself about and without. Filter the information you get, and stop being a sponge that absorbs everything. Stop talking to people who bring negative things into your life, and curse yourself less often.
Try to spend more time with those who charge you with energy, do what you really like. It's like eating: the more tasty and healthy food you eat, the less you are drawn to any garbage.

Evaluate all ideas and choose the best ones for follow-up work with them. After all possible ideas are put forward, they need to be analyzed, each separately, evaluated, and then choose the best. Again, the evaluation of the consequences of the implementation of each particular idea, based on the study of someone else's experience or their own logical reasoning, is crucial when choosing the best idea. There are other criteria for selecting the right ideas, for each specific situation, they can use their own, including the intuition mentioned above for this purpose. But the most important thing is not to choose an unreasonable idea.

Healthy food and regular physical activity are the building blocks of good health. Poor eating habits and too little physical activity can lead to being overweight and bring along related health problems. So eating healthy meals means eating food from a variety of food groups to get the energy and nutrients that your body needs. There's no one type of food that can provide all the nutrients a human body needs - so it's important that we eat a wide range of foods. And at dinner you shouldn't overeat as it will have influence on our health. For example, I eat fruit, salad, mashed potatoes or soup at dinner. But in any case, you have to choose these yourself.

Today, everyone's life is full of events, technologies and temptations. In our developed time, people are used to somewhere to run and hurry, to have time to the maximum. To work quickly, to learn new things, to eat fast food, to be treated with medicines with instant effect. There is no extra minute for relaxation and basic attention to yourself. However, sooner or later health will fail. This is never on time and always brings bad results.
