You know as far as I know migraine is a strong headache. I a not a doctor and can’t say for sure but migraine exactly is associated with a strong headache. I don’t suffer from it too often but sometimes have it. Not so long ago there were some changes in the weather. One day it was rather hot outdoors and the other day it was rather cold. Such sharp temperature differences effected on my general state of health and also on my head…I had such a terrible migraine…you can’t even imagine…every day during a week I had it…I couldn’t get rid of it unless weather stabilized…now I feel pretty much better.

I know that there are many people who experianced it. Migraine headache is a result of specific changes within the brain. It causes severe head pain that is often accompanied by sensitivity to light, sound, or smells. I think that we all the time need pay attention on the other people that can advice you something . I think that in this case you will ask for the help to the doctor ad you will find the support there all the time.i think that you will feel more better when you will find the good specialist, who will explain to you what you need do and where you need ask for th ehelp.I think that with the time you will overcome all the difficulties with the health.

I still have luck, I have a migraine every 6 months, but the pain is terrible, just horror. The headache is quite easy to muffle with pills (which I do, the head rarely hurts), but migraine ... In ancient times people thought that in the head (during a migraine) evil spirits settle, and a migraine can be cured in one way -closing the skull , Well, how do you this? :)) Yes, some people have migraines several times a month, or even a week (like my sister), they are not consistently lucky. Pregnant migraines cannot be forgotten. My last attack was terrible. I was sick with the flu + my migraine started. But of course it is better not to be ill at all, though I don’t think that it is possible!

Hello everybody here friends!! How are you doing today this morning?? Everything is okey??? I hope so you know)) I would like to say Easton that I am more than agree with you as for this theme for discussion. Health is really always important, so headaches mean you're doing something wrong that's not getting as much blood to certain areas of the brain. I always have migraine when there is bad weather... Ohhhh.. I hate everything and everyone there.. As usual I try to use some pills from this terrible headache but sometimes you know guys even pills can not help me

Oh Migraine is horrible. It happens with men but in most cases women suffer from it. So we are lucky in it guys  migraine is such a thing that has a great influence on your shape. Terrible you know.. First of all I must say that if you have it you need avoid stress. stresses become a great reason for migraine. You should set and adhere to sleep, to sleep in a dark and quiet place. Eat right and avoid foods that trigger migraine (chocolate, pastries, red wine and coffee in large quantities). Eat regularly and do not skip meals. Go for a massage. Drink plenty of water. Try to follow these guides.

Migraine headache is of course horrible thing. I understand you and your feelings as for it because sometimes I also suffer from it because of weather as usual. You can try the same one, I mean you can try massaging the head with fingertips, as if washing it. You can use for the same purpose from a natural bristle brush or a wooden comb. Passing through the brush head slowly, running in a circular motion. You might start from the temples, gradually reaching the forehead, and then to the neck. I also can recommend you some pills.. They should help you
