I just can not stop

Postby Vincent » Sat May 14, 2016 5:46 pm

Hello friends! Recently, I began to suffer from an increased appetite. And to be honest, I can not understand the reason for all this. I started doing my fridge is empty much faster than usual. In addition, I also can not understand the reason for my hunger. I do not know, maybe I'm just getting tired or a little more, I just have a little more stressful situations at work. But in any case I really feel hungry, even when I had to be fed. Maybe I'm not original to my problem. And some of you have already had something similar. But in any case I can not understand a possible reason for all of this with my body. I want to ask you to share your experience and knowledge. Did you tell your thoughts about it. But I'm starting to be afraid, that I can not cope with my appetite more and more.

For a long time it was thought that increased appetite - this is a good sign, which means that a person is healthy and is quite satisfied with his life. Doctors fought only with reduced appetite - a symptom of disease and poor health. However, in recent decades, experts have carried out the distinction between high and normal craving for food, and have come to the conclusion that the hunger for some people comes even when their stomach is full, and so that you can safely assume anomaly. Needless to say that the lack of control over appetite, sooner or later leads to the emergence of diseases such as diabetes, obesity, metabolic disorders, problems with the pancreas, and so on.

The hunger and satiety centers in the hypothalamus. There are many ways in which when the digestive organs diseases are sent to these centers abnormal impulses that cause increased appetite. Center saturation stimulated gastric distension and upper small intestine. From the intestine chemoreceptors in the appetite center receives information on the availability and assimilation of nutrients. On the hunger and satiety centers act as circulating factors (hormones, glucose, etc.), The contents of which in turn depends on the condition of the intestine. By the hypothalamus of the higher centers are signals caused by pain or emotional reactions that occur in diseases of the gastrointestinal tract.

Normally, a person's appetite is controlled by the hypothalamus - a brain section that assesses the volume of food intake. Apparently, to change the craving for food can cause disruptions in its operations. Often the desire to eat something sweet or flour explain the fluctuations in blood glucose levels or disorders of insulin production. In this case, it is recommended to limit in the diet of food with high glycemic index. People who adhere to strict diets or exercise, can celebrate a burning desire to eat, the body associated with attempts to make up for the lack of energy. I think that you can have different reasons for increasing your appetite. Probably best to consult a doctor.

Why increased appetite? Of great importance are numerous temptations that attack us everywhere: beautiful food advertising, kiosks with pastries on the way to work, the aroma of ready meals from a nearby restaurant - all this stimulates the appetite and makes us eat, even if we do not want. Enticing desserts, delicatessen, a fresh-cooked and beautifully decorated dishes just begging to try at least a piece. And one more, many known cause - jam problems. Strong emotions, feelings, stress factors are often desire to chew. So we're trying to fill some emptiness inside, which is regarded by us as hunger. Normally in this situation, the person pulls on high carbohydrate foods - sweet and flour.

I also think that your problem could be caused due to a certain type of food. The fact that this food favors the production of serotonin - a hormone known to all pleasure. Because of serotonin person calms down, it raises mood. The body stores it, and the next time stress "leads" us straight to the fridge for a portion of serotonin. Another hormone that affects craving to eat food - dopamine. It is proved, for example, that people who are overweight dopamine fed in insufficient quantities, so it is necessary to "replace" the next meal. Each case is individual gain of appetite, and the reasons for this may be different. I think it is much better to see a specialist.

In many cases, the desire for food is really a symptom of a disease. In diseases of the body at the level of instinct begins to accumulate additional energy for their own recovery. Of course, it is impossible to regard the desire to snack once again, as the presence of any disease. It can only be confirmed by diagnostic when visiting a doctor. During recovery from various diseases: infectious, inflammatory, even the common cold. This is normal, as the body tries to make up for the energy spent during the illness. There are endocrine factors gluttony. Long-term disease, a metabolic disorder - all this affects the appetite condition.

Gastritis craving for food more often lost than is enhanced because of pain in the stomach do not contribute to the desire to eat. However, it is sometimes possible, and vice versa: the uncontrolled release of gastric juice can induce a false sense of hunger. Moreover, many patients pain attempt to seize a large number of meals. There is a third reason: the inflammatory process in the stomach of an organism requires additional vitamins and minerals, and liquid to remove residual products of the inflammatory response. To deal with the constant feeling of hunger is senseless with gastritis, gastritis should be treated immediately. So, I suggest you check it out.

If the body lacks calories (for example, you are sitting on a strict diet), then at the first opportunity, he begins to demand food, and most of it happens in the evening or even at night. If the day you eat sweets, candy or cake tempted on, then after a couple of hours occur a sharp drop in the level of sugar in the blood, and the body begins to demand more servings of sweets. Another thing - complex carbohydrates (such as cereal): they do not cause a spike in blood glucose, the sugar increases and decreases gradually, and the feeling of hunger at the same time controlled. I also think it can be fairly simple reason. Perhaps you give this too much attention.

When choosing a diet, remember that too much caloric restriction make our body will sooner or later require food and arrange a kind of stocks in the form of fat. The human body can not be allowed to come death from exhaustion, so the lack of calories in a certain moment results in a fit of gluttony. And if at first you feel hungry quite easily, all subsequent attempts at earlier and earlier bouts of the evening will end with a "glutton." Sometimes the evening overeating - it's just a habit. All day at work, enjoy breakfast, lunch full no time. And in the end: a man comes home at night and eats "two lunch." And so every day. The body gets used and safely carries the day fasting, knowing that the food will go to the copious amounts of the evening.
